State of the Network - 2012

Join us this month in celebrating the 25th year of the Fresno Women’s Network. Back in 1987, our twelve founding members set out to create a group to support, mentor, and encourage one another in both their business and personal lives. Mission accomplished and then some!

The Fresno Women’s Network is a place for our members to meet and talk with one another on a variety of topics and issues that affect our work, our lives, and our community. We mentor, we donate, we inform, and we form lasting friendships that benefit us both personally and professionally.

The 2012 Board of Directors met in November, under the leadership of Cathy Ferguson and is very excited about the plans for this coming year. But your continued comments and suggestions are critical to ensure that we continue to provide the programs, services and opportunities that most benefit our members. Just this past month, we emailed a survey to our entire membership, which we hope you took a few minutes out of your busy day to complete. It is this kind of feedback that has allowed the Fresno Women’s Network to thrive for almost a quarter of a century.

The State of the Network is one of our most popular and well-attended meetings every year. At our January Luncheon, we will tell you about the various Network committees, you’ll meet many of our past presidents, and we’ll talk about the exciting year ahead. We will also be installing our 2012 Board of Directors.

We invite you to join us in January: to meet your new Board, to share good food, to win terrific raffle prizes, and, as always, to have an opportunity to network, network, network!
